Hi! I’m John Gerstenlauer and I have a lot to share with you. I am a licensed Professional Engineer with over 40 years experience in large construction projects, including projects in some of the most challenging locations on earth (Afghanistan, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Guam, etc.).
Now I am a real estate investor following the teachings of Ron LeGrand in the Pretty House Terms business. My business partner, Scot and I have grown our real estate business in leaps and bounds over the past 9 years thanks to our Mentor Ron LeGrand.
I am also a Certified NRA Firearms Instructor, a Refuse to Be A Victim Instructor, and a Range Safety Officer.
